STEP 1:
Add one TSP olive oil to a nonstick pan. Chop one clove of garlic and add it to the pan.
STEP 2:
Cut chicken breast into cubes and add it as well. Now take two carrots and cut them into cubes.
TIP: Use a fork to hold the carrot firmly while you cut it.
STEP 3:
After adding carrots, now add 2 tbsp of water to the pan. Cover it and let it cook on low heat.
STEP 4:
To cut the broccoli, trim off the hard base and then slice off the floret stems at the point where they meet each other at the bottom. Mix it in the pan as well. Cover it and let it cook until the chicken is well cooked.
STEP 5:
Add 1 Tsp of honey and soy sauce. Finally, sprinkle some black pepper and salt. Your diet-friendly vegetable chicken is ready.
