  • 1 cup cannellini beans, boiled and drained
  • 1 eggplant, roasted
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • ⅛ tsp cumin
  • ⅛ tsp cayenne
  • Salt

 

Instructions:

 

  1. Put all the ingredients through a blender until smooth and get the sauce ready.

You can serve your sauce with baked vegetable
