Spinach Pizza

INGREDIENTS

  • Spinach (5 oz/ 142 grams)
  • Garlic powder (1/4 tsp)
  • Low-fat mozzarella (1/3 cup grated)
  • Eggs (2)

TOPPINGS:

  • Tomato sauce (2 oz/ 56 grams)
  • Grape tomatoes (10)
  • Onion (1/4 medium)
  • Olives (5-6)
  • Low-fat mozzarella ( 1/3 cup)

METHOD

STEP 1:

Preheat oven to 350F. Take a 13-inch circular pan and line a parchment paper. Keep aside.

STEP 2:

Blend the spinach leaves in a blender. Take it out in a bowl and add garlic, eggs, cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix it well.

STEP 3:

Use a spatula to spread out spinach mixture onto preheated pan. Now, bake at 350f for 20 minutes or until the sides become crispy.

Step 4:

After the spinach pizza crust is ready, apply tomato sauce over it. Top with grape tomato slices, onion, olives, and mozzarella cheese. Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Your healthy protein-rich spinach pizza is ready.
