STEP 1:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
STEP 2:
Take a pan and spray with olive oil. Add spinach leaves to the heated pan and let it simmer for some time. Now, remove it from the stove.
STEP 3:
Take a dish and spread the spinach at the bottom. Now layer it with cheese and place onions on the top.
Step 4:
Beat eggs in a bowl and season with salt & pepper. Now, pour this mixture over the spinach cheese combination. Mix it well using a fork.
Step 5:
Bake it for about 35-40 minutes. Your meal is ready.
