Smoothie Bowl

Servings: 4-6

 

INGREDIENTS

  • Mixed frozen berries 0,88 lbs
  • Frozen bananas 4, chopped
  • Honey 1 tbsp
  • Water as needed
  • Plain yogurt 1 3/4 cup

Choose toppings:

  • Shred coconut 100kcal / 1/4 cup
  • Banana 67 kcal / 1/2
  • Goji-berries 40 kcal / 2 tbsp
  • Cashew nuts/ 80 kcal / 10

METHOD

STEP 1:

Defrost berries for a while at room temperature or in a microwave so that the strawberries are still a little frosty.

STEP 2:

Put the bananas and strawberries in the blender. Let the blender run for a moment.

STEP 3:

Add yogurt and honey to the blender. Let the blender run until the smoothie is smooth.

STEP 4:

Divide the smoothie into bowls and add berries, banana slices and cashews to the surface of the bowls.
