6 oz raspberries (or any berries/fruits)
4 oz silken tofu
1 tablespoon honey, (adjust to suit)
1 cup ice
This makes one small portion. If you are hungry, feel free to double the recipe. If avoiding carbs, you can also replace honey with sugar substitutes. Without honey, one portion has only 20 g carbs.
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed until the texture is creamy and the ice has been finely ground. Serve immediately.
