Salmon With Salsa Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • Red onion (1/4 medium)
  • Tomato (1 medium)
  • Parsley
  • Corn (1 oz/ 28 grams)
  • Lemon juice (2 TBSP)
  • Cumin powder (1/4 TSP)
  • Chili powder (1/4 TSP)
  • Paprika (1/4 tsp)
  • Onion powder (1/4 tsp)
  • Olive oil
  • Salmon fillet (4 oz/ 113 grams)
  • Salt & pepper (as per taste)

METHOD:

Cutting steps:

  • Cut the onion into small pieces.
  • Cut one medium tomato.
  • Chop some parsley.

Salsa Mixing steps:

  • Add chopped onion, tomato, and parsley into a bowl.
  • Add corn into the mixture.
  • Sprinkle some salt and pepper.
  • Add lemon juice and mix it well.

Dressing steps:

  • Add cumin powder, chili powder, and paprika.
  • Next, add onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Now add one tsp of olive oil. Mix it well, and the dressing is ready.

Cooking steps:

  • Take a salmon fillet and add lemon juice to it.
  • Now spread dressing on the fillet. Turn the other side and apply dressing on it as well.
  • Take a nonstick frying pan and start cooking the salmon fillet.
  • Cook from both sides.
  • After cooking, serve it on a plate. Add the salsa mixture to the plate as well.
  • Your salmon with salsa is ready to serve.
