Ingredients:

 

  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • ⅛ cup olive oil
  • 150 g creamy feta 
  • ⅛ cup cream cheese 
  • ⅛ tsp minced garlic
  • ½ tbsp honey
  • ½ tbsp dried oregano
  • 5 tsp lemon juice
  • Parsley, to serve

 

Instructions:

 

  1.  Bake the tomatoes, chili flakes, salt and olive oil in a preheated oven at 200°C.
  2. Meanwhile, add all dip ingredients to a food processor and process until creamy. 
  3. Pour the cheese mixture into a serving plate and top with the tomatoes and the cooking juices and parsley, serve with toasted bread slices.
