STEP 1:
Preheat oven to 400F. Spray a baking dish and keep it aside.
STEP 2:
Mix egg whites with spinach leaves. Cut the grape tomatoes into half and add. Stir well with a fork. Sprinkle some salt and pepper.
STEP 3:
Pour mixture into the baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes. Check with a fork, remove once the egg whites are firmly set.
Step 4:
Remove from oven and slice into four pieces. Your healthy protein breakfast is ready.
