Coffee & Banana Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • Coffee (1/3 cup brewed)
  • Low-fat milk (1/3 cup)
  • Greek yogurt (3 oz/ 85 grams)
  • Frozen banana (½ medium)
  • Flaxseed (1/2 tbsp grounded)
  • Honey (1 tbsp)
  • Pinch of cinnamon powder
  • Ice cubes

METHOD

STEP 1:

Take a blender and add brewed coffee and milk.

STEP 2:

Add yogurt, frozen banana, honey, flaxseeds, cinnamon, and ice cubes.

STEP 3:

Blend it well. Pour it into a long glass and sprinkle some cinnamon powder on top. Your healthy smoothie is ready.
