Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients:

*for 2 serving

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder 
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 2 tbsp of butter 
  • 100 g dark chocolate (55-60% cocoa) 
  • 40 g milk chocolate
  • 4 tsp powdered sugar
  • 180 ml cream (35% fat)

Instructions:

 

  1.  Mix water and cocoa powder. Set aside.
  2. Melt the butter and chocolate in the microwave or bain-marie. Set aside.
  3. Whisk the cream and powdered sugar at high speed until stiff. 
  4. Add the cocoa mixture to the chocolates and mix until smooth. Add the mixture to the cream, make sure it has cooled. Fold them gently. 
  5. Divide the dessert cup then rest for 6 hours in the refrigerator before serving.
