INGREDIENTS
A cup of coffee
1 tsp to 2 tbsp Coconut or MCT oil
1-2 tbsp Grass-fed, unsalted butter
METHOD
Step 1
Brew 1 cup (8-12 ounces) of coffee.
Step 2
Add coffee, MCT and butter to a blender.
Step 3
Blend for 20-30 seconds until it looks like a creamy latte.
