Ingredients:

for bottom layer:

  • 2 large banana (sliced and frozen)
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts 
  • 1 tbsp date extract

 *for 2 serving 

 

Instructions:

  1. Put the frozen banana slices, almond milk, walnuts and date syrup in a blender.
  2. Blend until it has a smooth and creamy texture.
  3. Sprinkle some chopped walnuts on top and serve immediately or put into a freezer for a firmer texture.
