Ingredients:

 

  • ¼ cup rolled oat
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ¼ tsp allspice
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp applesauce
  • 2 tbsp currant
  • ¼ apple, thinly sliced

*for 1 serving

 

Instructions:

 

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Transfer the batter into a greased microwave safe bowl or mug.
  3. Bake for 2 minutes in a microwave oven at 800W.
  4. Serve with apple slices on top.
