Who Is Peter Bennett?

I have been a chiropractor and health coach for over 20 years and I have helped many thousands of people regain their health, vitality and zest for life.

I found that true health transformation comes by changing your mindset so that healthy habits become part of your daily routine.

Even small healthy habits, done every day add up to huge changes over years. For example, simple habit changes that enable you to lose one pound a week would lead to losing 4 stone over a year (and you wouldn’t have to starve yourself!)

5 to 15 minutes of simple exercises per day can lead to a transformation in physical strength and flexibility over a year. (And you wouldn’t need a gym membership or go to classes)
